Vivian Shnaiadman, M.D.

The ideal client is someone who values themselves and is committed to improving their mental health. The psychiatrist is passionate about psychiatry, enjoys continuous learning, and finds fulfillment in helping patients achieve personal growth and happiness—recognizing that medication is just one part of the journey. In addition to clinical work, they specialize in forensic psychiatry, collaborating with attorneys on psychiatric-legal cases. They are also an author and speaker, eager to educate others about their field.

Vanessa Doobay is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 10+ years professional nursing experience in the field of mental health. She is committed to providing care to patients by bringing her unique experience in caring for people from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. She looks forward to helping our communities overcome stigma and barriers.

OFFICE ASSISTANT

Katelyn Schwab

Katelyn is a dedicated office assistant at Jersey Forensic Consulting, where she provides administrative and clinical support in a busy forensic psychiatry practice. Her responsibilities include coordinating cases, reviewing legal and medical records, managing insurance documentation, and communicating with attorneys and patients. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Adelphi University, where she conducted qualitative research, held multiple leadership roles, and was inducted into Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. Katelyn will be starting her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) in Fall 2025. Her dream is to one day own a private practice where she provides therapy to individuals in need.

Savannah Cuellar

Savannah is a committed office assistant at Jersey Forensic Consulting, where she facilitates day-to-day operations in a fast-paced forensic psychiatry practice. Her responsibilities include assisting with forensic evaluations, insurance processes, and general office operations. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Montclair State University, where she also engaged in research on correctional interventions and reentry services. Savannah will be starting her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) in Fall 2025. She is passionate about working with justice-involved individuals and aspires to build a career at the intersection of mental health and the legal system.

Christine Collins, MSN, APN, PMHNP-BC

I am a hardworking individual with over twenty-two years of nursing experience working with patients across the lifespan. I have a passion for mental health and love working as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. In my current position, I assess, diagnose and treat individuals struggling with mental health issues and work with them to improve their quality of life. My therapeutic approach includes pharmacological interventions, when necessary, along with structured therapies based on individual patients needs. I am highly motivated and experienced working in diverse healthcare settings. I am well-versed in providing patient-centered care, developing care plans, and delivering quality care to each patient I encounter. I have a proven track record of success in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and am committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to diverse patient populations.

Nicole George

Nicole George is a highly organized and detail-oriented office assistant with specialized experience supporting professionals in legal and clinical environments. Nicole is currently studying Criminal Justice followed by a Business minor at Chestnut Hill College. With a background in criminal justice and administrative operations, she excels at managing sensitive records, scheduling complex appointments, and maintaining confidentiality in high-stakes settings. Nicole brings a strong understanding of legal terminology and mental health documentation, making her especially equipped to support the unique needs of a forensic psychiatrist. Her strengths in communication, discretion, and multitasking allow her to foster efficient workflow while ensuring compassionate, professional service to both patients and colleagues.
